Back in June of 2022 it started. I started on the Selene Finance LLP road to Foreclosure. I opened a letter from Selene and found 3 money orders I had sent in, April, May and June payments. They said March was never received. I checked with the issuer, the US Postal Service & Selene had already cashed that money order. I thought at the time I would be dealing with reasonable people who worked for a reasonable company. I couldn’t have been further from the truth. Their employees must be required to drink the company cool-aid every day and have an I.Q. Of 60. They were so stupid and “I don’t know”. 4 years of fighting them cost me filing 2 bankruptcies to prevent them from selling my home. Well my mother’s home, she was the only one on title. May she R.I.P. 2006. I wasn’t on title or the loan but I was able to stop them by using the returned mortgage payments to hire attorneys, litigation and a bankruptcy one. Finally in June of 2025 I refinanced with a new lender and ended the Selene nightmare. It took a toll on me 3 months after that I was diagnosed with Stage 2 Colon Cancer. The states who issue licenses are at fault for allowing this poor excuse of a company to do business in their state. It is time to go after the state agencies. Whose side are they on? How could they allow this to happen to the people of their state? Or does Selene make big donations to those in office? They should be ashamed and put behind bars. Selene Finance is run by Corporate Criminals who will continue their corrupt practices because they can. I’ve had my dealings with my state, California, no back bone, all mouth NO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR THE CORPORATIONS. Weakest Governor and appointed puppies.
