Selene as service for US Bank Trust National Assoc. RCF2 Acquisition Trust deal in bad faith. Selene refuses to provide the homeowner paid BPO / Appraisal because they are demanding a short payoff in excess of the property value. They have misrepresented there efforts to consider a short sale and place blame on Investor. FILE COMPLAINTS TO CFPB on every complaint you have. Copy management on all complaints. Joe.davila@selenefinance.com is the President, send all complaints to management. They must be held accountable.
