I’m a customer service rep at Selene finance and I’m here to tell you guys RUN RUN RUN from this company they do everything in their power for you to lose the house so they can put it under their name. On top of that they don’t allow us to help you guys to the capacity we KNOW we can.
I’ve tried countless times to say something I’ve even called out company policy on many occasions. Please get together and try to file a lawsuit because the things I’ve seen in this company is inhuman and the lowest level of empathy possible and trust if it goes to court i will vouch for every single one of you. Can’t post using my name for right now but you guys aren’t crazy this company is looking to screw you over
National News? How? Has anyone tried to file a complaint on CFPB using Selene Finance? I received an email telling me they could NOT forward the worthless complaint to the company because they are NOT in their complaint system. Heck, they should have their own special space in the complaint system. Would like to hear how this will be national news.
