My Loan was transferred to Selene Finance from Chase October 19, 2024. Once I found out from Chase I immediatley called Selene and advised them of my hardship and appied for a Loan Modification. I submitted everything in a timely manner and Literally denied without them even looking at my Documents. The excuse was that I dont get paid Enough to afford wha the monthly pay would be. Yet I was not even told what the payment amount was. Never received a denial letter neter received a call just denied me. I called every day I have owned my home since 2004 and the balance is only 100K Principal and 89K Escrow. No one can hel me in their office it was always something. I was later told I can reapply I did in Dec 17 2024. I Submitted everything again and every time I call they dont see it I need to resend untill Finally they have a complete application as of January 16,2025 It is now February 4,2025 and no one can transfer me to underwriting or tell me the status of the modification. They are definitely trying to keep my home and set me up to fail. There is no communication from them and no way to find out the status. These people are playing with our homes what we have worked so hard for. I NEED HELP TO KNOW WHO TO CONTACT IN SELENE TO GIVE ME AN ANSWER. THEY WILL NOT TAKE ANY PAYMENTS FROM ME AT ALL.
