I was discharged from Bankruptcy in 2010. I included my house but the sleazebags at Bank of America sold my Mortgage to Ocwen Loan Servicing. It now belongs to Selene Finance. I have had to file complaints against both of them to get the debt off my credit report and to stop them from calling me. I have also received 7 Notices of Intent to Foreclose over a five year period. I need to get my name off this house.
