After being approved for a loan modification with my prior mortgage provider, and then, having my loan transferred to the Selene crooks has caused me months of anxiety and stress to the point where I have never done anything like this enjoying the forum and I am researching them in order to bring a lawsuit against them. With what is supposed to be a very simple process, they have strung me along for months and months, lying to me about not receiving documents, even though I had proof that they did, coming back with ridiculous changes that need to be done, even to the point where they said “you typed the date instead of hand wrote the date“! Haha are you kidding me? Who does this? Selene does it, that’s who! Fast forward 10 to 12 months later and they are terminating my modification submission three days prior to trying to put my house on a foreclosure sale. Now keep in mind, from my experience with the prior provider and Selene you are not to make a mortgage payment until they give you your modification as long as you are in a modification process which I have been and so they did this and then turned around and are saying that the entire Year is due immediately!

I simply wanted a loan modification while I was forced to become a single full-time dad to five children, and I thought and modification for about a year will help as I get things situated and having a three year-old child in the mix of those children, but nope, months and months of fraud from these people.

I hope that several people file lawsuits against these guys as I am considering doing because they have literally cost me not only money but so much time and stress and anxiety with countless nights of no sleep, etc. etc.

I am looking to refinance with someone else right now because I need to get away from these people
