I am following up to my original post. I just got the modification via email from the attorney for Selene, late yesterday and I got my modification !! There are a few things Selene needs to correct but I have forced them to correct the insurance they placed and credit me back money. Next will be the tax escrow, but I got my Modification. I have recommended Steven Bernstein now several times, I used him and got my modification. Please PLEASE have emails to and from you and Selene, get that PAPER TRAIL, with anyone you do business. Remember, If you don’t want to see it on the front page of the NYT, then don’t write it. Selene did not like all the emails and paper trail against them.
